Registration Guidelines

Registration fee includes conference kit, access to scientific sessions, meals, and banquet.
PG students must submit a bonafide certificate from their institution.
Spot registration is subject to availability of seats and conference kits.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellation requests should be made to Conference Secretariat in writing to the email address: registration@marundeshwara.com
The deduction of charges would be as follows:

Upto 30^th July 2026: Refund of 50% of fees after deducting GST
After 1^st August 2026: No refund
GST charges are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances.
All approved refunds will be processed within 30 days after the conference closes.
